ADMISSION POLICY SESSION 2026-27

The school follows a POLICY OF NOT ACCEPTING ANY RECOMMENDATION for admission since it deprives deserving/eligible students from getting admitted. Recommendations received in any form will lead to rejection of application for admission.

The school will admit both boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, subject to the availability of seats.

The age criteria for admission to different classes will be as follows

Siblings (Own brother and sister of students currently studying in Bhavan’s R. K. Sarda Vidya Mandir.) will be given direct admission in JKG, subject to their online registration before 20th December 2025 and the age criteria as mentioned above.

For all other classes, admission will be considered only for transfer cases subject to the production of a transfer order from the concerned department and the availability of seats. Please contact school office with a copy of transfer order.

The decision of the Principal in respect of the suitability of a student for Admission to class equivalent or lower will be final.

Documents required at the time of admission: -

• Birth Certificate of child.
• 3 Nos. Coloured Passport Size Photograph of child.
• 1 Nos. Coloured Passport Size Photograph (of the Father and Mother)
• Immunization Record Copy (Only for JKG and SKG)
• Current Class Mark sheet Copy (Class - I onwards)
• Copy of ITR or Form-16 (Latest)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• School Leaving Certificate, Class - I onwards (Original)
• Aadhar Card Photocopy (of the Father, Mother and Child)
• Name in School Leaving Certificate should be as per Aadhar card of Student and Parents
• Copy of Bank details (Only of the Child)
• Medical Fitness Certificate, in Original from a registered medical practitioner with at least an MBBS degree (Only of the Child)
• Permanent Education Number

After registration is complete, you will find the print tab, kindly press the print tab and save the PDF file, you are required to mail PDF of admission receipt that is generated automatically to ps2principal@bvbraipur.org with cc to principal@bvbraipur.org within 3 working days.
