The NCC Army Wing of 27 CG BN NCC at Bhavan’s R.K. Sarda Vidya Mandir, Raipur, stands as a proud symbol of discipline, leadership, and patriotism. Established in July 2017 with 100 enthusiastic cadets, the unit has steadily grown into a powerhouse of excellence, nurturing confident and responsible citizens. Through dedicated training, active participation in prestigious camps, and remarkable national-level achievements, our cadets continue to bring honor and recognition to the institution year after year.
The Early Strides (2017–2018)
- The NCC Army Wing was established in July 2017 with 100 cadets, marking the beginning of a journey of dedication and discipline.
- Within two years, cadets actively participated in CATC, IGC, and inter-camp competitions, delivering commendable performances.
- In 2018, Cadet Aditya Pratap Singh Chauhan and Cadet Palash Chauhan created history by being selected for the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) Parade in New Delhi.
Chief Minister’s & Best Cadet Awards (2021–22)
- Cadet Tarush P. Singh was honored with the Chief Minister’s Award for exemplary dedication and leadership.
- Cadet Aryan Marwah received the Best Cadet Award for his outstanding performance and discipline.
- These recognitions highlighted the consistent excellence maintained by the NCC unit.
Achievement (2022–23)
- Cadet Shreya Sharma was selected for the prestigious Thal Sainik Camp (TSC), showcasing her exceptional skills.
- She secured a medal in firing and received a trophy from the Honorable Chief Minister and Group Commander.
- For her outstanding cultural performance, she was also honored by Shri Brijmohan Agrawal Ji.
National Trekking Camp Participation(2024–25)
- Cadet Sachi Pranitkumar Phatale represented the school at the national-level Trekking Camp.
- Demonstrating extraordinary enthusiasm and resilience, the cadet upheld the school’s legacy of excellence.
Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2024–25 Achievement
- Several cadets — Mehul Singh, Janhavee Jain, Lavanya, Anadita Sahu, Sharanya Biswas, and Parth Gandhi — qualified for RDC selection trials.
- After rigorous training, Cadet Mehul Singh earned the prestigious selection for the Republic Day Camp (RDC) 26th January Parade in New Delhi.
- Participation in RDC provided cadets the honor of interacting with distinguished Armed Forces officers and national dignitaries - a true “dream come true” moment.
